This limit was put in place to shield them from a potential bank run. Sadly, if you're a bigger investor, this platform ain't the right fit for you. It could take more than a year to pull out any substantial amount, and a lot can change in the crypto world in that time. This service is mainly suited for smaller investors. Just a heads up, I only discovered this after the fact.

I did take out a loan back in January 2021 and had no problems paying it back. The customer support has been great, especially Sophia; she answered all my queries and provided the detailed info I needed.

The only snag I hit was when I logged in one day and saw that my interest had been credited to the wrong account. It was just a month's worth of interest, but it actually worked out for me since BTC had dropped from its all-time high. I was able to buy back in at a lower price and snag more BTC.

**Update**: As of today, I've noticed a $5k withdrawal limit, which has thrown a wrench in my plans since I was looking to take out a loan all at once. That $5k cap has really complicated things.

In July 2022, they slashed the daily withdrawal cap to $5000. They keep sending out weekly newsletters and a bunch of emails each week, but somehow they 'overlooked' telling folks about this update. Now, if you want to pull out, say, $50,000, you'll have to make 10 separate withdrawals, which means you'll be hit with the withdrawal fee 10 times.

The blog post that broke the news insists they are 'operating normally' and that customers come first. You be the judge.
